Post name : Trainee/Senior/Collection Executive (Trainee Assistant Officer)
Prime Responsibilities
• Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management
• Ensure timely steps are taken for successful collection in line with business policy
• Call/Visit and make necessary communication with customers
• Attend customer and meet queries
• Inform senior management for any dispute with client
• Update client information in the recovery Software
• Provide collection update to the senior management from time to time
• Recommend legal steps as and when required

Qualification & Other Competencies
• Minimum Graduate
• 6 months experience in similar exposure is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned target

• Minimum monthly salary during training & development period: BDT 12,000
• Minimum monthly salary after training & development period: BDT 14,000
• Higher salary for experienced candidates
